Fees and policies

Rates 

$140 per 50 minute for individual counseling session, and a quarter of $140.00 for every 15 minute increment after 1 hour, unless your Therapist agrees to waive extended time.

Insurance
We are In-Network with the following payers:

If your health insurance is not listed above, do not hesitate in letting us know and we may be able to coordinate one-time network status or Out of Network reimbursement. 

We are are also local EAP affiliates to a number of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) including:

Please consider contacting your health insurance at the beginning of every new benefit season and ask the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral/mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible; has my deductible been met?
• Do I have a copay or coinsurance for seeing a Behavioral Health provider in office? 
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• Do I have and Employee Assistance Program? If so, what is the name of the EAP organization, how do I obtain an authorization number/dates/number of visits?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available for certain individuals without health insurance. Please contact WBTCS to see if any slots become available.

Payment
We accept payment through Stripe which will be easily accessible through the WBTCS portal, you will receive access to.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified WBTCS at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50.00.
